Optional: Lock DNS Settings (Screen Time)

To prevent your child from changing the DNS settings, use Screen Time to lock the profile:

Go to Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions. Enable Content & Privacy Restrictions, then go to Profile Changes → Don't Allow.

🔒 Important: Set a Screen Time passcode that your child does not know. Without this, a tech-savvy child can revert the DNS settings.

💡 Tip: Each device on your home network needs to be configured individually. For easier setup, configure your router instead (see Router Guide) — this protects all devices at once.
